On 24 and 25 September 2015 RobecoSAM will host its annual Forum at the Bocken Conference Center. The three building blocks of the program are:
Simona Scarppaleggia, CEO at IKEA AG (Switzerland) started her career at IKEA as Human Resource Manager in Italy, where she implemented the company's diversity strategy and various projects aiming at gender, age and ethnicity diversity. Since 2013 she has been working for IKEA Switzerland, and she has been the President of Advance, an association of Swiss based companies whose purpose it is to increase the percentage of top women in leadership positions.
Caroline Anstey, Global Head of UBS and Society is one of the keynote speakers, and has extensive experience in the areas of development, finance and communications. She will talk about the UBS and society program, as it is cross-divisional and covers all of the UBS activities in the ares of sustainable and values-based investing, philanthropy and community interaction.
Dr. Anja Hochberg, Chief Investment Officer Europe at Credit Suisse has a long proven track record within the company, as she has been holding senior positions at Credit Suisse since 2001. As keynote speaker, Dr. Hochberg will share her experiences on sustainable investing at the Swiss company, as she has been Head of Investment Strategy for Asset Management and currently is the Banks Chief Investment Officer (CIO) for Europe.
Francis Condon, Senior Sustainability Investing Analyst at RobecoSAM is responsible for the Oil & Gas and Mining industries, and will share the key lessons learned from both in his position at RobecoSAM. Prior, he was VP in ABN AMRO's sustainability team where he implemented the bank's sustainability strategy and developed its approach towards social and environmental risks.
On behalf of Finch & Beak, Jan van der Kaaij, Managing Partner will provide one of the twelve break-out sessions during the Forum on 24 and 25 September, where his focus will be on the theme 'Converting sustainability into a key innovation driver' in relation to avoid the Reporting Trap, and capture the value opportunities from sustainability, as we described recently in our latest study, that we conducted in partnership with RobecoSAM.
