Many companies are able to develop itself on the background of growing markets, but only the best remain stable in periods of recession and volatility. Increased pressure from regulators and competitors, changes in consumer preferences, and rising resource prices cause leaders around the world to seek new business models for growth.
Questions such as: how to manage risk and reduce operating costs - how to ensure product differentiation and entering new niches - how to strengthen the reputation and increase customer loyalty and partners, are returning elements on companies’ agendas. For a growing number of companies, answers to these questions are to be found when looking at the their business - through building sustainable models and revision of approaches to corporate investment in social and environmental initiatives.
The program is designed for senior executives, such as general managers, head of strategy, business development, and sustainability departments, who would like to learn about business creation on a (inter)national level, best practices on sustainability, and opportunities for development of their company. Additionally, directors and owners of mid-sized businesses are invited to join as well.
