'Since I realised that I have a passion for sustainability, I wanted to contribute in some way to make a positive change, in people, in businesses and in societies. Here at Finch & Beak I have this opportunity, by working closely with companies to assist them in reducing their impacts and in transitioning towards a more sustainable way of doing business.

Which book should everybody read?

“There is no more time - Non c’è più tempo" by Luca Mercalli, an Italian climatologist. I think this is an important book because it describes the impact that our actions and lifestyle has on the environment in a very direct and real way and it motivated me to start changing my habits immediately.

Best advice I ever got:

“Do you want to live with regrets or remorse?”

Something surprising about me:

I love planning, organizing and making “to do” lists.

What I do for fun:

• Cooking Italian and international dishes together with friends from all over the World
• Playing board games
• Spending time with my lovely dog Maya
• Practicing relaxing activities such as walking in nature, pilates and meditation
