ESG Acceleration Webinar: TCFD - Beyond Risks and Reporting

Using TCFD to understand and prepare for the impact of climate change on your organization
The demands for global market participants to progress on climate-related disclosure and transparency are increasing to enable a more resilient world economy. In this webinar, Steve Hather Group Chief Risk Officer at Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company shared more about how they have used TCFD to better understand climate risks and opportunities as part of their inspiring ESG strategy (Mission 2025) and Sam Gill, Principal Climate Change Consultant at SLR Consulting made the case for why TCFD is beneficial, elaborate on the climate risk analysis process and shared some best practice tips.

Making TCFD work for you


Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company is the strategic bottling partner of the Coca-Cola Company, bottling and selling their beverages in 29 markets and serving more than 715 million consumers on 3 continents. The company has an inspiring ESG strategy (Mission 2025), guiding them in their sustainability decision-making and targets. As part of this mission, they are committed to reducing emissions to net zero across their whole value chain by 2040 and they have a robust roadmap to deliver on that goal.

Steven Hather has over 30 years’ experience in the risk and crisis management areas and has been working as Chief Risk Officer with Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company since 2022. He has headed up multiple large scale projects, amongst others the design and delivery of the Coca-Cola global crisis management program which still operates across the global Coca-Cola system.

SLR is a global ESG specialist with +25 years of experience in helping clients achieve their sustainability goals. They have been providing advice, research, and services to clients in industry, (financial) services, and power sectors, renewable energy, mining & minerals, infrastructure, and built environment, across value chains since 1994.

Sam Gill has 12 years’ climate change experience and forms part of the Global Climate Change team at SLR/Corporate Citizenship working with companies seeking to understand the risks and opportunities associated with climate change.
