In addition, TNT got the highest score in each of the three dimensions –Economic, Environmental, and Social- that make up the index. Furthermore, TNT achieved the best scores (100%) in the following areas: customer relationship management, fuel efficiency, codes of conduct/compliance, and risk and crisis management.
