Guest speaker Rebecca Dunn, Head of Sustainability at Spectris, will share her experiences of developing a materiality matrix and using it as a steppingstone to set up and drive a sustainability program in a heavily decentralized organization.

From Finch & Beak's end, materiality expert Bas Nuijten will talk about strategy development and action planning departing from the matrix, and how to overcome hurdles along the way.
