On behalf of Finch & Beak, managing partner Jan van der Kaaij discussed the link between corporate reputation and CSR performance in a workshop setting, using the Telenet case study, on Wednesday June 5th.
Telenet, the challenger brand in the Belgian Telecom market, has been a member of the Dow Jones Sustainability Index since 2011. In 2012, Telenet became one of the 19 supersector leaders in the world; bringing them in the club of brands such as AkzoNobel, Siemens, Iberdrola and AirFrance-KLM. During a workshop session, Jan demonstrated how external benchmarking such as DJSI and RepTrak covers both the “actual CSR performance” and the “perceived CSR performance”.
